The CONT-1022 transmits all state changes of an attached circuit, as well as continuously transmits the current state of the circuit at a user-defined interval. When used with the SensiNet Gateway, the status is accessible via a variety of formats, including OPC, ModBus and SOAP/XML. The SensiNet CURR Smart Sensors are input current monitoring devices. The CURR-1022 operates on 2.4 GHz, and the CURR-1012 operates at 900 MHz. The CURR-1022 utilizes a standard IEEE 802.15.4 radio chip, a radio amplifier and Sensicast’s patent-pending Distributing Frequency Spread Spectrum (DFSS) to ensure ultra-reliability in applications and environments that are typically unfriendly to wireless products, such as factories, refineries and power plants. Both the CURR-1012 and CURR-1022 are two-channel devices that can be powered through a locally-wired power source or through an external battery. The device is completely configurable through the SensiNet network, through which the end user can dynamically adjust the data-reporting interval. |

Sensicast SensiNet® Smart Sensors and SensiNet Infrastructure products are available in moisture-resistant enclosures. These enclosures allow SensiNet products to be placed in environments that are susceptible to liquids and moisture. The enclosures are NEMA-4X rated and fully meet standards. SensiNet Infrastructure device enclosures also include an AC transformer that connects AC mains to the Smart Sensor and eliminates the need for an external power adapter. Optionally, the SensiNet Smart Sensor enclosures are offered with a supplemental 24V DC power supply for use with sensors that require an external power source. |
